When I first went this place for free introductory session, I was a little bit skeptical because it located residential area, so it didn't look like meditation center. but I got the first introductory session anyway, and it was very interesting, so I just signed up and started this meditation. Before meditation my life was always fluctuating. Some days I was very happy but all of a sudden, I would feel bad. When I got compliments from my boss, I was happy. But at home, if something bothered me, I felt very angry. I had a temporary and conditional happiness. But after meditation, I can do self-reflection and I found what makes me angry and what makes me sad. So through this meditation, I can throw away all the things. After that, I could have unconditional happiness. Now, I am always happy. When I wake up. I really can’t wait to start my day because I have confidence to do my job. When I am eating, so happy. When I am driving, so happy. Even if someone cuts me off, I can understand them better and I am still happy. When I am home, I am still so happy. Now wherever I am, whomever I am with, whatever I do, I am always happy. Self reflection and subtraction is plugging into my potential happyness within. This is something I couldn’t imagine before I meditated. I am so happy with this meditation. It is the most precious gift in my life.

I've done this 'subtraction' meditation for almost one year. I can't say enough about it. As humans, we keep adding everything we see, hear, feel, taste, & smell into our minds as pictures. The emotions and thoughts tied to these pictures are stored in the mind, but almost never, ever discarded. This results in humans constantly suffering - feeling pain and burden. We're often unhappy, always looking for something more. This guided subtraction meditation scientifically helps people eliminate layers and layers of pictures to find their true, original minds. I'm very happy to discard my false human mind and strive for universe mind. During the process, I'm discarding my anxieties, anguish, frustrations. I feel more accepting of circumstances beyond my control. I feel more serene, and I have much more clarity. I will continue this study indefinitely. Every single person who tries this practice will only benefit. 9/3/15 addendum - When I started this meditation, I was often easily irritated, annoyed, or frustrated with life's challenges and everyday incidents. I was showing my negative mind...especially with Honolulu's taxi drivers. I saw them often breaking the law & having no regard for other drivers. They would cut me off in traffic & I'd want to go into a mini rage. If I were a pedestrian in the crosswalk, they would practically run me over so that they could get through the green light - which we both had. They did not observe the law that they are required to stop for pedestrians in the crosswalk. One day, a few months into this meditation practice, I had an awakening. I suddenly realized that I didn't see taxi drivers anymore. I just don't see them anymore. Isn't this the best result?

This meditation is guided meditaiton. Instructors help me to reflect myself. The effect of self reflection is amazing. It is like plugging into the unrealized potential within, so I am able to improve my quality of life. Before this meditation, I used to have many negative thoughts, so whatever I tried, I always had no confidence and conviction. And when I practice this meditation, I could see what's in my mnd which is my fear and a lot of negative thoughts and was able to remove it through this meditation method. after done that, I start to feel strong conviction and had no doubt on myself. This meditation method will remove the entire blockage that is hoding your back in order to move forward and will bing you real results.

I got to know this meditation through my mom. I was only 21 years old at that time I always enjoyed to challenge and to learn about new things. Because I wanted to make my life better and to become better person. When she suggested to start this meditation, I was not hesitate. I already knew that many succesful and famous people like Steve jobs, Oprah winfrey and CEO of company are meditating everyday. Even I have heared that many big company like Google, Samsung has meditation class for employees. So I knew that meditation is very good.
The best thing for me by doing this meditation was that I could improve my ability. I was very enjoy to create something like painting but I was not sure about myself if I can do it well. Even when cluttered thoughts came up often, I spent many hours falling in my thoughts. But even though I meditated only for a month, I could get very amazing result. My cluttered thoughts that came up every second by second started to decrease, That much I was able to focus in my present very easily. And I could feel that my potential ability is waking up from my inside about painting.
I am very grateful and very satisfying in my current situation. People around me.... My job.. My abillity... Everything. I am getting better person than before and my life is getting happier than before after meditation. The quality of my life is getting improve.
